one of my friends wanted to spin his tires till they were gone in his ranger, so he welded up the rear end, pulled up until his front end was touching a big concrete wall and spun them good. this made quite alot of smoke. they make a mess though too and are loud when they go.

2ndtour, sorry man but i gotta razz you. You complained about kids coming in asking for nos but you spelled it nitros. Nitrous Oxide:)

If you decide to do some donuts be careful. Too many donuts can cause oil starvation problems. Ive created a rod knock in one of my cars partially due to donuts and learned my lesson.

Spinning the tires. My 4.9l truck and bronco can both spin tires. My 86 truck on 35s with a 302 4speed could spin tires. You just gotta want it:) Open diff trucks are much easier to spin the tires on, especially going around a turn, but really its not worth it.

If you have a car that can spin them without a line lock or all the hassle of power braking its fun. FWD cars, like hondas, are fun because you can lock in the parking brake and dump the clutch:)

Oh and there is nothing wrong with hondas, i dont own one but i have driven some fast ones. Turbo B18cs and high compression all motor civics. It's the ricers that give them a bad name. Having said that im more into my turbo rwd cars than FWD for sure.

here is a little vid of me having some fun

oh and the manual tranny thing i put the left side of my right on the brake and the right edge of my right foot on the gas, sometimes heel toe but depends on the vehicle really and the size of your feet.

if the man wants to do a power brake let him roast his tires! lol i agree with everybody but my motto is DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT!!! (i have a sticker saying that on my bronco) here goes... start off by putting it in 1st gear and with the clutch all the way in rev it to about 4500 RPM's then quickly, i mean QUICKLY dump the clutch and switch your left foot onto the brake and floor the gas. then all you have to do is modulate the gas to brake ratio. heres my Automatic roasting them/ it.

to be safe(ish) try this in a limited traction area like dirt, or wet pavement. dry pavement has too much traction and if you do it wrong you could be picking up pieces off your diff.

IF you want to smoke your tires AND see if you need new motor mounts, etc. at the same time, just drop your truck into 4-lo on the pavement and let the fun begin...I've seen someone learn the hard way of why this is such a bad idea. It was pretty cool for about 10 seconds though!

I can spin my rear passenger tire when turning left or when lower traction road is present. I personally like fine dirt (larger clouds). With my 81 XLT I had a few years back, i put it in 4X4 and spun all 4 tires in the parking lot of a pizza hut I used to work at, of course they were washing the asphalt and there was water with soap and bleach.

well if u have less than 31x10.50..i did jet chip, k&n intake, octane bar, exhaust(cut it off lol). and i can power brake it..the thing is i drag race a 98 vette and when i go to burn out, its not till the car hits 2nd gear that they really smoke, on my bronco cant get it out of 1st, it will still smoke but if u put bleach on the ground and burn out in that it will make it smoke to high heaven.

P.S. IF YOUR TRYING TO DO THIS WITH A FORD 8.8 REAR END STOP!!!!!!!!!!! IT WILL SHATTER......mine did, twice..then i put in a eaton e-locker. the 8.8 is BAD and if it didn't cost $3,500 for a ford 9' that would be the 1st thing i did.

When I first got my ride back on the road, I was able to have smoke rolling from all 4 tires when I hit the loud pedal... Or was it the smoke rolling off my exhaust from the oil pan leak, I am not sure but there was smoke and I do have tires...

Oh that was too funny...An 8.8 can handle the torque unless its already going out
