Hitch info?

Does anyone know what "class" hitch i will need to pull a boat that weighs a max of 7,000lbs from my 90 FS XLT. Truck has a 302 with 3:55gears/auto w/overdrive. thanx for the help

any other tips i should know before i tow a boat with this weight??

Class IV (4) then it goes to fifth wheel.
