302 and 351w headers will bolt up the same not sure if they will hit the frame though due to design of the headers beings a 351W is wider

yep bolt them on.... 
/ the only real diffrence is the bore and crank on a 302 and 351 as far as that goes and a 351 intake is diffrent other than that its the same /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Well the bore is the same, The height of the exhaust ports would be the concern. they show a different part number for the 302 header than the 351. You might be able to MAKE them work but is it really worth it?

Yeah. They do fit. The 351 is 1" taller and 1" wider than the 221,260,289 and 302. I had them on my 351, changed to a 289, and have now put a 351 back in. Oh...and mine are Headmans.
