grill measurement

Quick question guys... Does anyone have a billett grill on their 78-79 bronco? If so I need to get the measurement of the billett insert that goes inside the frame.

Shouldn't it be the same as the OEM insert?

i was looking to modify it to fit another truck but need one big enough to cover the space I need.
