Well, story goes - I was turning into Target to look for some sort of storage box and a sunvisor cd case, with the sun in my eyes and people in the driveway. So I decided to go left around the other half of the parking lot. Yea, I didn't even see nor think about the extended median and WHAM! Right into it with my front right. Popped it off the rim and bent the rim a bit. So I throw my spare on, do a quick breakage check, and head home, no way I was going inside after doing that. I notice on the way (all back roads, didn't want to risk heavier areas) that it's sqealing and making thump thump noises as I'm driving. So I pull over into a parking lot, and do another check. My jaw dropped when I saw my radius arm. They're supposed to be STRAIGHT, right? Well, it now kinda has a nice bend upwards and inwards in the center. So I'm gonna have to take it to a shop and get it all fixed and looked over.
Onto my question. I already have tire rubbage, and now it looks like I need radius arms. Are there any that don't require a lift that can be used on stock setup that'll eliminate the tire rubbage? I'm trying to put a possitive spin on this, since I'll be replacing stuff anyway. Might as well do the bushings and check ALL my steering. not just bearings, while it's in the shop too.
I had another question 4x4 related, but since I don't think I'll be going out there soon, I'll wait off on it.
Thanks.
Edit - 9:38 pm.
Realized I can't use extened radius arms without getting new brackets. I'll stick to OEM for now.
