Yardtape is correct. Most parts from 80 - 86 are interchangable, you can also use most parts in the same year range from F150s and F250s.

The gauges I have are from my dads 81 F-150.The only difference I notced about the 80-86 clusters are that 80 has a different printed circuit piece on the back because the indicator lights on top changed position in 81.The 82-86 speedometers have the k/mh(on models for U.S.)highlighted yellowish-orange and 80-81 are white .
