fuel injected 302 parts on carbed 302

ive got a freind that has a mustang with new heads and intake and cam and hes wantin to sell it all and i was wondering if these parts off of his fuel injected 302 and put them on my carbed 302 if possible at all??

You can use all those parts on your carbed block but if its a roller motor then you must install the roller lifters this can be done easily if you have a donor motor or I think its crane that sells a retrofit kit with the roller lifters ,alignment bars, and the spider that holds them in place you will have to drill 2 holes in your block for the spider hold downs , And then the cam being steel you will need the steel gear to go on the distributor and if your making it fuel injected you will need the TFI distributor ( I have one Ill sell ) Then youll need the EEC harness , computer , all sensors , And the throttle body . And last but not least the oil pump drive shaft is a weird length in the roller motors that being because the distributor shaft is longer so they made the shaft shorter so that will have to be changed .
