welcome to the zone, looks like you got yourself one nice bronco. Ive never seen rims like those on a ford ( the 15x10), what are they off of?

Welcome man. I love the older style broncs. Have an 81 myself. Yours is in better condition than mine unfortunately. Good luck! It's worth it.

Krafty,

The craigslist ad said these were 16x10, and that they came off a 1979 Ford 150 Ranger; they turned out to be 15x10, and I am having a real hard time finding used tires for them here locally.

If they were in better condition I think these are them:

33x12.5s will fit nicely on those. 10 inch wide rims is the standard test size rims for 33x12.5s .

Good luck,

yo laborrega,

WELCOME!

Since the Bronco has been around and previous owners or shops have prob been at oit and could have changed components, ID waht is in it now as compared to Origina.

Identification Based on VIN, Door Jamb Label, Build Sheet (Ford 999 Report), Paint Color Code, VECI Label, Transmission/Differential Pan & Gasket Sizes/Shapes, etc.; "... made a mistake 15 years ago by telling someone to use the Driver's side label to ID their Rear Differential (axle, pumpkin type, etc.); turned out that a previous owner had swapped a Dana 60 in place of the stock 8.8..." by miesk5 at Ford Bronco Zone Forums http://broncozone.com/topic/20082-help-me-need-to-know-specs-88-bronco-xlt-58l-351w/

on your VIN it reads:

1F- Ford Motor Co USA

M- Bronco

E- 6,001-7,000 lbs (GVW class)

U15- 4WD Bronco wagon

G- 351W 2bbl

B- check digit (internal usage)

F- 1985

L- Wayne MI ??

A53246- sequence of assembly

I'm sure its all correct.

If you don't want to go to the 33's you can run 31-12.50 15's that's what I run on my 93 but 33's will not fit I think stock they will fit the 80-86 bronco's mine look good not alot wider than the 10.50's I had but looks more aggressive from the front.I like the wheels thats the first set I have seen like mine most are on wranglers. It will look good when you get them on
