Engine Swap

im planning on swapping my 302 out with a 347 in the next couple of years and i just wanted to get some ideas of other things ill need to upgrade with it. Ford Racing is listing it at 450 hp - 400ft./lbs. of torque. I have the E4OD tranny and a 3.55 Limited Slip, im turning 33's right now but may go to 35/36's with the new engine.

To really make the engine work you will have to swap to MAF FI. You can buy a kit form Ford Motorsports or piece together the parts for a junkyard. You will need a MAF,cumputer, fuel rails, injectors, and a couple other minor things.

A new torque converter with a higher stall speed will also help the performance side of the engine. You don't want to go to high or it will hurt you if you are off roading or just streetablity. If you call TCI or B&M and tell them your set up and vehicle use they can suggest the best TC for your application.

Just a few upgrade options you will have to decide on.
