How does a door insert mount? Can it be put in just like the door?

The inserts are held by screws to the body. There is a section on these in the dealer service manual by Ford. If interested I could copy and try to send to you-Rick

If its not too much trouble I would like to see that section. Is there to make them more easy to remove?

I'll see about scanning the section and e-mailing it. The whole design was such that the inserts could be taken out and doors put in and vice versa. Rick
