Hi guys, Greetings from Salt Flats, Texas. I have a dear friend of mine that gave my sweetie pie a 2WD 1988 with a 5 speed, and a 2.9 V-6.
He is in his late seventies, and sometimes forgets things. The Bronco did not have a driveshaft in it, but he included the transfer case which
was behind the back seat, all together. I was just reading my Chilton's, and discovered that starting in 1988, ALL Bronco's came with the
transfer case, even the 2WD's. Am I going to need to stick this thing back on the tailshaft of the tranny? I'm capable of doing it, I used to build the dirt trackers that I raced in East Tennessee back in the mid to late seventies. I just don't want to fuss with it if I don't have to. Sabrina, "Brie" for short.
