Never did this but folks that have say;

Pre-wire... meaning lay it out on the living room floor as it will be on the rig. Use dishes, blocks, what ever to identify & place things.

Study & play 'til it's comfortable in your mind.

There should be 3 sets...under-hood, dash, & dash-to-tail. Hook them all together ...I think centech tags the wires (or stamps them).

You may want to add a bigger tag to some....

Not that bad...have fun..!! ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I did it. I had to do it in phases between trips and it wasn't tough at all. The only questionable areas I had were the "start" wires on the passenger firewall. One is for an automatic (longer wire) and one's for manual. The other was the steering column adapter since I have a '79 tilt in mine. These weren't very difficult to work around though. The Centech is a good kit for what it is. Painless' Bronco specific harness has some advantages like waterproof fuse panel and other "fuse block and wire" kits have the advantage of being able to run the loom yourself and move stuff around but if you are going stock electronics and the like Centech's fine.

I put one on my 73. The hardest part is the first step of pulling the old wires out, because it is the point of no return. But, I know nothing about electrons and I did it, so I know pretty much anybody can. I did spend a lot of time on the phone talking to TB, or Centech customer support. One recommendation...don't try to use the ignition switch that comes with the kit. It requires that you modify your dash. Tom's Bronco sells a pigtail adapter for your stock ignition switch.

Good luck.
