it really depends on your application, what type of heads your going to using, and all that, if you can use a 112 i would say go ahead, your only gonna be getting more air in and more air out

will a 112 be more lumpy then a 106? its a solid roller cam "fyi"....

its a 351w stroked to a 410... eagle forged crank, eagle forged H beams, and custom JE pistons with **** fire rings.... brodix track 1 x heads, 4 bolt main , block filled, main and vally girtle, fuel injected , super vic efi manifold, wilsons 90* elbow, 42 lbs injectors.... the car made 611hp to the tires ... but my cam is killing it "thats what i was told when it was dynoed" the cam was just laying around and it was a solid roller like i needed so i threw it in... all thats known about my cam is that its a 680 lift ...

That 680 lift is huge, are you sure you have the piston clearance for that much lift? The 106 when nitrous hits its gonna hit very violently, meaning your tires will take one **** of shock. The 112 would hit softer and allow more power to get to the ground.

im positive its a 680 lift... thats y i had custom je pistons made to go up to a 700 lift cam ... spent over $1500 for 10 pistons~.... so y would 106 be brutal for n20 then 112? like i dont under stand will the valves stay open longer? wont a 112 sound nasty as **** at idel?...

N2o grinds are usually like 114. The duration is mostly what effects the idle but the 106 will be insane lumpy and make good power but the nos will hit way to hard. Thats would I would recommend on a naturally aspirated engine. How much bottle you running?
