OK so finally got a chance to do the test. Engine Off Key On I have a 33 and a 133. Engine On I have a 33. Does this make sense?

Going back to this, and considering my input above, I believe what you have is:
  • KOEO On Demand code 111 (System Pass)
  • Separator code 10 (Ford's indicator that it's done listing KOEO On Demand codes, and Continuous codes to follow)
  • KOEO Continuous code 111 (System Pass)
  • KOER On Demand code 111 (System Pass)
So it seems all is well with your Broncos engine controls, and it's not picking up on your current ailments.

So what is it you're still chasing? That "pulsing while driving" in your title?

Yes it has a slight pulsing. I replaced the coil rotor caps wires plugs. Has new tires, but I also noticed it before with old tires. Going to replace fuel and air filter next. It recently when driving will not idle down. RPMS stay around 1200 to 1500. Like cruise control is on but I have not activated it.

High idle rpms are typical of a vacuum leak.

But what about a throttle body issue? Maybe the butterfly is not closing all the way or sticking somewhere?
