brakes!!!!!

i have been doing all of this work to my bronco witch i got in september, and after i lost brakes going into my garage i realized that i need to basically redo the hole brake system kinda. the discs up front stick sso i need new calipers or somthin then all brake lines need to be new then new pads in the drums out back, and whatever else i run into. just wondering if any body has done this and can give me directions, like how to get the caliper off, do i have to take the whole hub assebly off or what. thanks

also a pic of my beast, i am 15 and have done a paint job on it, 6 inch lift, stereo system, painted all plastics black, rebuilt transfer case, roll on bed lined everything thats matel and rust, custom headliner jeezus bar and lights up front tons more cant think of it tho

ya and need bigger tires aaaaa or some money to buy thjem

You're best bet is to get a service book for the truck. I have the HAYNES Ford Pickups and Bronco manual.

I use that same book, $18 at Advance Auto. Mine has greasy fingerprints on every page, that's the best testamonial you can give. It has pictures and step by step instructions for your brake questions.

I have only one suggestion I recently had a brakeline leak and replaced it only to have a front line blow a few weeks later while my wife was driving my son to a little league game.Long story short I changed all the brakelines.I searched around and didn't find any complete kits to replace the lines like they offer for the older models so I found a local parts store that would make up new lines as long as I bought in the old lines in to match them up with, it worked out fine and took about 7 hours and thats with the trip to the parts store and waiting to make the new ones up . make sure to replace the 2 flexible lines in the fronts and the 1 between the frame and the rear axle. i just replaced front calipers not rotors, thats for warmer weather, with the calipers just remove the bolt on the side of the brakes facing the back of the truck, the one holding that funny clip in, and take a hammer and good straight slot ***** driver and remove the retainer clip, the caliper will damn near fall out. remove the brake line before you do that if you are replacing the caliper though. when putting it all back together and when you are bleeding the lines of air an easy way to do it is to get a partner to pump the brake 15-20 times then open the bleeder valve have them pump once and hold it while you tighten the valve back up. it takes a while when you replace everything but it works.
