well i got the pulsating pedal taken care of with new rotors, that alleviated the pulsating pedal, adjusted rear brakes but i seem to still have alow pedal even though i bled the complete brake system, is it possibly the master cylinder or power booster?

if it was the master cylinder you would get decent pedal pressure and then it would sink to the floor a bit more(usually). If its the brake booster you get a mushy pedal but are able to pump it up a bit. could just mean you have a vac leak in one of the lines. I actually had the gasket freeze on me one year and i had no brakes!!!!

It takes alot of bleeding to get a good pedal. I typically bleed the rear, then the front, then the rear again.
