color=Teal][/color] :'(I have a link at the bottom of my rear tailgate latch. I know that the purpose is to prevent opening the tailgate unless the window is all the way down. It has a right angle and a piece of rubber sleeving on it at the bottom bend. Where does the hooked part go? Does it go thru a hole in one of the regulator arms. For the time being, I have the access plate off and just reach inside the panel and hold it down so that I can drop the tailgate. I thought that maybe the glass would push down on the rubbered section therefore allowing operation of the latch. No Luck!!!!!!
