I have a 93 XLT, 5.0, AT, ETC..... My Pass. side axel is rubbing the housing. (TTB)

I was told the spindle bearing was the cause, but no such luck. I first noticed the problem about a month ago. I was reading about another person with the same problem. He was given the advice to maybe grind a little on the ttb. I figured I would let it go for a while, but now its cut deeper. so, grinding or cutting would be a very short term fix. Any help on this subject would be greatly app. I've gotta have this thing on the road in a couple days or less.

Thanks,

Jack

We need pics can you take one and post it I have never seen the axleshaft touch the housing if it is there is something seriously wrong . You can still drive it if you have too just dont put it in 4x4 the front axle should sit idle when not enguaged if it doesnt then you have a bad lockout or you have one of those damn push button things . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
