Refurbing Bumpers.

Sanded, Primed, Painted - need a clear top coat for extra tuffness.

Are they all the same - or is there a definite 'go to' product ?

Dont want Glossy - more matt finish.

I think im going have to suggest powder coating, it is a product that is far more durable than any clearcoat available that im aware of especially if you dont want it to be shiny. Think of how shiny new children's swing sets are and how long the paint withstands kids banging bashing climbing and whatever else they can do. i know i just used shiny as an example but you can get it painted on shiny semi and matte finishes.
