Hey Swampthing,

You said be honest in the answer, so my thoughts on the matter is leave it a 4x4 :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> ! In my opinion of course, a Bronco just doesn't seem right if it isn't 4x4. No disrespect meant to anyone with a 2wd Bronco, just expressing my preference. Ultimately, it's your truck and your call. Best of luck with whatever you chose to do!

OMG..!!!

Never ask for honesty....... /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

But., I say -- leave your truck alone., get a Nash Metropolitan & stuff a Chrysler 440 in it..!!!

You might survive with this, & maybe even win a race.

Best of all., not as likely to hirt someone on the street...just say'n  /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> [-X

ive thought about it a lot...im not lowering it significantly...around 3 inches 4 at most i want enough i can get over roll cage easily and comfortably tuck some pizza cutters and slicks...also forgot to mention its gonna be more so a pick up when im done...im building a full wall behind driver seat with the cage going through it and a lexan window...gonna be fitting fuel cell in the back along with bracing and a sheet metal cover to go over everything...removing inner fender skirts gonna make everything sheet metal and squared off...they are the definites...POSSIBLY going to tie my whole front clip together and make it a full tilt front end...and also have been kicking the whole gasser idea around just not sure on that one yet

i know i read somewhere before that ford did put out a very limited number of 2wd broncos i believe it was less than 100...and pretty sure they did it around the time of the midnight edition. i personally have never seen on in person and with 24 years of being at car shows truck shows auto conventions swap meets and countless race tracks i just gotta do it
