I need to match the 4-5 inches from the shackle flip, I should contact rough country or similar to see if I can just get the front end parts from a 6 inch kit.

They usually sell them seperately, just give them a call. Try Broncograveyard or National4wd

Yeah I guess I can get it, but the lift block and add a leaf kits don't add much to cost, so i'm not really saving anything.

Other than the safety of the shackle flip. Lift blocks can come loose fall out, ruins your day almost everytime. A guy posted pics of his dodge that this happened to for proof just a couple days ago

The sky manufacturing shackle flip is an excellent product, they are a very good company to buy from. The only problems I have heard is they use grade 5 hardware, I do not know much about bolt strength but apparently some people have an issue with this.

Yardape is right about the blocks. The $200 I saved on the lift kit cost me the whole truck. See my post "allways wear seatbelts!" in the Non-Bronco Picuteres section. It's all good though, I like the Bronco more. But I will not make the same mistake again when I finaly get around to lifting it.

Yeah I know, lift blocks sound like a bad idea, I will have the sky kit strong by the time I'm done.

always toss the grade 5 hardware that comes with suspension parts and get grade 8 a few bucks versus a busted part or worse do the math. also if you find a 4 inch front lift let me know have a similiar problem , did a 2.5 front with a 4 in the rear (so it would sit pretty much level when towing and yes it was all springs no blocks) so now can't line it up worth a crap and nobody makes a axle pivot drop for a 2.5 lift
