Air Vent removal

I am replacing the passenger side air vent in my 1967 Bronco. I have removed all of the screws and it is loose. It now looks like I will have to remove or at least loosen the fender to get it out. Is there another way? Thanks for any advice.

I'll look at mine tonight, I have the fender off...
