ok I need some help. I have a 86 ford bronco. 302 v8 EFI. The truck will not start when its cold, unless you use starting fuid "i know bad". When its running black smoke pours out the tail pipe and sometimes stops. The fuel pumps by the way new never stop running. I have also replaced the fuel pump relay and the fuel regulator on the engine. I lost? Some one told me theirs a rear fuel resivor with filter can that be it? Thanks

The pressure regulator is rather easy to change it is right on the back topside of the motor by the frewall if i can remember correctly there are 3 or 4 little bolts to remove then replace with the old on and that was all there was to it. good luck
