86 bronco 2

i think all the 86 bronco 2 with the 2.9 are all efi. my question is, is there a carb intake that will bolt up 2 it? im trying to get away from the efi and the electronics. and how about a distributor thats not computer controlled. its just a better that i hunt in and stuff and i have nothing but probs with it all the time. so i decided to eliminate all the junk on the little 2.9. any ideas on the parts i listed above?

As far as I understand, the 2.9 is sort of a fuel injected only thing. Sorry. But there is a company that makes new FI computers that will tell you info on the fly if you want: http://www.msefi.com/index.php

Maybe the products there can help. In any case, I really like the electronic control, mainly because I live on a very steep mountain and drive about a mile difference in elevation on a regular basis. I'd hate to have to adjust a carb every time I left home for a couple of days! Yeesh.
