Welcome to the Zone <img src='http://broncozone.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/clap.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='><img src='http://broncozone.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=' :D ' /><' /> Post in the introductions section when you get a chance. If you have any pictures of your truck you could post one with it. Also we hav a Member Gallery where you can make up and post albums.

I would invest in an EVTM, (Electric and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual), for your year Bronco. It is the single most useful document you can get for your truck. They are available on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1985-Ford-Bronco-F150-F350-EVTM-Electrical-Manual-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem58884fcf17QQitemZ380244053783QQptZMotorsQ5fManualsQ5fLiterature . After that would get a real set of shop manuals http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1985-Ford-F150-F250-F350-BRONCO-SERVICE-MANUAL-SHOP-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem5193875661QQitemZ350367471201QQptZMotorsQ5fManualsQ5fLiterature . I have an 85 engine in mine and here is what I have as far as a vacuum setup goes, see attached picture. I suggest leaving the portion that controls the heat riser function, especially if you live in the North. It will make a great difference in cold start and run.

You may not have the second carbon canister, if not just ignore the bottom 1/2 of that arrangement.

Good luck,

:)>-
