Well, assuming the tranny you have is for an 8 cyl EB...Throttle linkage, clutch linkage, linkage mount to the block (later 302/5.0 blocks don't have a "boss" to bolt the linkage to.) larger rad with proper outlet/ inlet for the Stangs water pump, motor mounts and towers for the V-8, the electronic ignition set-up matched to a distributor with either a bronze or hardened drive gear for the roller cam, the block off plugs for the crossover tube at the rear of the heads, either a custom balanced flywheel or aftermarket with the 50 oz "imbalance" and 164 teeth to match the EB bellhousing. And either EB specific headers or a set of factory EB manifolds to get the exhaust out.
Sounds like a lot of parts, and it is, but getting all the proper pieces only makes the job that much easier...
Off the top of my head, those are the basics you will need to do a proper swap, anyone else have anything to add??
