Welcome to Bronco Zone!!! Some differences may be in the location of accessories, like the alternator, A/C, power steering and other brackets. Internally, most parts are the same for a stock vehicle 351W, car or truck. In 84-86, there was a regular 351W in the Bronco with a 2-barrel carb, and also a 351W H.O. with a Holley 4-bbl carb that had a different firing order. But basically, same engine except the H.O. had more HP and torque. Many Mustang or other Ford car parts will fit on the Bronco engine. It's best to get a truck part if replacing something, if possible, as it will be a direct fit. Good luck ,JSM84
