First off, I was wondering if replacing pulleys with an underdrive set is worth doing. summit has a cool blue set for about 90 bucks. Is it worth the time and trouble?

Second, I want to hook up a scan tool to my truck to check it while it is running, is there one that is not sooo expensive and or another option?

I have a 95 5.8 bronco with a few mods...Thanx guys..

A scan tool as in to check your codes your computer's throwing? I think Autozone or Pepboy's has borrow a tool dealies, for a few bucks. Not sure though, but it'd be a way around the big ticket boxes. I just borrowed the one I used from a co-worker, haha.

Under drive pulleys are a good way to get a little more power for cheap. You can go to autozone and use the diagnostic machine for free. Im not quite sure what you want to do with it......that one will tell you the codes its throwin........
