Bronco fixed and running better than ever. Thanks again for all the help everyone. Ended up being a bad ground and some other fusable links. Advice, buy multi meter and test wires and fuses and any and everything else before u buy any pets.
These 2 plugs were found near the tranny. The round one was plugged into the tranny and I beieve its the neutral safety switch, the other plug I have no idea because it was just hanging there, I can't find a spot for it anywhere plz help
Dropped pan and changed out tranny fluid and filter. Fluid was almost black but after change, refilling fluid and test drive still no overdrive. An ideas anyone?

Ok so I found it and no fluid in the vacuum line. I have a multi meter to test with, do you mean testing the wires of the circulate plug that plugs into the tranny? I could try what am I trsting for or looking

Sounds like the power wire going to the starter is touching the other wire. Had the same issue on and old ranger. Replaced the starter and when I hooked the battery up it started cranking over. Turned out the hot wire was just barely touching the other terminal or wire on the starter. Hope this...
