NOT GETTING ANYTHING
Is your CAPS lock stuck? Anyways, I would trace the wiring back from the coil. If you say that you have power coming out of your battery, it's going to go to the solenoid that's mounted on the inside wall of your fender, about 8" away. From there, it's going to wind it's way towards the coil, and I believe it will go through a fused link before reaching the coil. Check all of your grounds, fuses, wiring (bare wire=short), it seems like your problem should be in this area.

1500Ram,
Your starter is on the bottom of the engine and on the passenger side, could you have ripped off some wires?

Is it still in the mud?

Does it crank? What happens when you turn the key?

Did you check to see if you got mud and water inside the distributor cap?

Do you hear the fuel pump prime? If not, maybe the fuel inertia switch tripped.

Give us some info to work with and someone will help you down the right path.

my guess is you have water in your distributor cap or some of your connectors. Ive seen this happen before. just so you know wd40 repels water and ive used it to spray down connections before. I remember working on a ranger once at a garage. They told me to go pressure wash the engine back because we were looking for an oil leak, and he handed me a can of wd40. He said it was for when it wont start again.

pull your dist cap and dry it out and see if that does the trick.

and joe, plugs are on the drivers side of an I6 FYI :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />:)

Thanks Matt!

BTW... here is a list of things WD-40 is good for.

Drying a wet distributor cap is about #43

pretty amazing stuff.
