im redoing all of the suspension front and back any suggestions on what works the best would be nice

That's a super vague question. How about letting us know what you plan to do with the vehicle, ie: trail rig, DD, rock crawler... Otherwise, you'll get replies all over the place.

still not a lot of info to go like what year & if there have been any modifications yet?

There are lots of lift kits that do a decent job if that's what you are asking?

Never been a fan of lift blocks in the rear although they'll save you $$ they cause too much twist in the springs. Adding a lift without 1st making sure that all the joints & bushing will have you wandering all over the road.
