Steering problems...

i have been checking out my front end to take slack out of steering.

whilst at it i discovered:

with truck on floor:

turn steering wheel right: truck front end drops 2 inches or so

turn steering wheel left: truck rises 2 inches or so

the tyres are binding on the tarmac so load is being transmitted back into the linkages...

is this normal - it sure looks strange.

any help would be great

That would be bushings in the trac bar......prob. moves L to R..&.. R to L

more than up & down.

Cheap fix.
