I have a 1972 bronco sport and i just purchased the ultra flow headers from the bronco graveyard, i havnt received them yet and was wondering if i would have enough clearance to fit them, i have a 3 speed and just wasnt sure if there was enough room under there.

Should be fine, just watch the fuel line along driver's side, make sure it doesn't touch.
