Here is my question/dilemma. I have removed the top off the Bronco for fun in the sun and wind. However, I have two small children in car seats and would try and figure out a way to cut out some of the wind that comes into the back of the cab so they don't get wind blown the entire time we are driving...

any ideas?

Someone made a bikini top on here - not sure if that would help or not. It would keep the sun off the kids - I think that is why he made it in the first place. Do a search in the write-ups section.

I had the back side windows out when I was tinting them last summer and my kids loved it, kept the sun off them too. I plan on getting a second top and making quick release windows for it. Possibly plexiglass held in with wingnuts

the plan of the Bikini was sun but it does wonders for the wind also.

I like the bikini top idea and I definitely need to do somethng..I took it out today with the top off and kids in the back and it was a little too windy for my youngest at higher speeds...

Do they make something that attaches to the roof to bounce wind over the rear end..like a cab spoiler or something.

For the most part, I think it is coming in all around, but just trying to figure out what I can do...thanks again for all the suggestions.

What if I did something to mimic the affect of that...say using plexi on the sides to make a 'windshield' that came back about 18 inches so that the wind went past the passengers in the back, and may a cab spoiler (something that I could throw on with wingnuts bolted to the 'shelf' that the top bolts to?? that might do the trick....the trick is not making it look stupid as it would be a semi permanent addition when the top was off...

I see a project weekend coming up...lol
