With some definate massaging it will. I have seen a couple 460s in EBs. Problem is (and every one that I have seen has it) that an engine with that kind of power has the potential to twist the frame in half. Not to shoot your idea down, because I like those cobra 460s, but why would you want a 500+ hp EB? You won't ever use that engine for what it is built for. You will be snapping axles or shattering gears.

broncos only have enough room for a small block, 351 cleveland will fit (sometimes called the medium block). There are kits to get up to 427 ci out of a 351 windsor block, and you can get as much horsepower as you want to spend. but a big block won't fit without some serious modifacation.
