What is the interior width between wheel wells on a "77". I'm looking for a set of seats for the back was wondering how big a seat will fit in between the wells. I bought and shipped my rig off for a total frameoff before measuring the width. Now that I'm killing time waiting for body, engine and frame work to be done, I'd like to cruise the junk yards looking for rear seating.

Thanks

I am using the back seat from my 1990 Jeep Wrangler. May be something to keep an eye out for.

"It came out of my first car, so it adds a little sentimental value to it: :)

They are plentiful though if it will work for you year.

The early '70s Bronco we had back then had an old school bus seat we had gotten & modified a bit. I know we added another set of legs from another seat (bus seats only have one pair at one end, if you don't know that) & I think we may have shortened them as well. Had I kept my full cab on my '69, I'd most likely have done that to it. I think I've seen an article online where someone made one from wood. May have even been in Bronco Driver magazine.
