Wheel Offset?

I'm in the middle of installing the Bushwacker Cut-Outs on my '89 B2. The drivers rear of the rig needs a bit of body work. It looks like I'm going to need to buy the wheels & tires before I mount the flares. (I just want to make sure the wheel & flare are centered) I'm going to run SSR 33x12.5-15's. What rim width & offset do you recommend?

I was thinking about 10" rim width but I'm not sure about the offset.

I'm lookin for this look..

I would go with about an 7 or 8 in backspace. that is what i am going to be putting on my 89b2. i am going to be stuffing 35/12.5/15's, and thats what was suggested for me to use,
