But first, I've missed the Bronco Zone. I was off visiting family in oklahoma for a while. It's not as easy to get on the internet there. 30 - 45 minutes to load a page. I couldn't believe it. Maybe not that long, I'm probably just impatient.
As some of you may recall I have a 93 Grand Marquis. I've been looking around for the model number. The thing is too low to get under and peak at, plus I'm not that savvy at visually identifying transmissions. My bronco's on a rack at my friends shop. Replaced the the output shaft seal, which took a little longer than the 1.6 hours flag time suggested. I'm not bitter. Anyhow, I thought I'd service the tranny while it was up in the air. I pulled the pan down to reveal all sorts of metal and full needles from a bearing. Needless to say it was not a good day. I was curious is the marquis trans would fit under that if I took the little tail off and put the extender on it. I've look all over the internet, just maybe not in the right spot.
The second question - how do you fit duals under the bronco? I'm totally a newbie at exhaust. theres a lot of room under there, but I looked to see how it would work, and it seem like working on something post second exhaust might be difficult, especially if i have to pull the transfer case again. If any one has pictures I'd love to see them.
