I installed a set of the Truck Lite LED head lights in my bronco......(Another beer drinking ebay purchase)

I am just curious if anyone else installed them?

I am still trying to adjust them to get the best light on the road. The low beam seems to ****, but the high beam work great.

The first trip to and from work with them the low beams put 2 rectangles of light on the ground and very little light to the sides. I adjusted them and the second trip to and from work the low beam seem alot better. The rectangles appeared larger and there was more light to the sides of the road.

I am curious......could there be a break in period for the LED's?

I don't believe its possible, but the 2nd trip home there was a noticeable difference from going to work that morning.

I did have to adjust both beams to aim more to the center of my lane....and that helped.

I took some pictures and I will try and post them later.

Led is not yet a good enough light source for headlights.

I installed HIDs in my bronco two years ago. There is now a kit in all my vehicles and soon to have in my work truck as soon as I take delivery. And at $40 a kit they cost the same as halogen bulbs.

here are my HIDs. They run at 90 lumens per watt. Halogens at 30 lumens per watt. My headlights are at 35w and my off road lights run 55w
