Trans Rebuild

It is time to rebuild my 3 speed, it has finally died. Which rebuild kits are the best and most complete. Does anyone have any experience, advice, or tips for rebuilding this 3 speed. I have never been in a Ford Trans.

manual or auto? now might be a good time to upgrade if its a 3spd stick. np435s are stout and have a granny 1st. the bellhousing might even be the same but if not its not too hard to find one thatll work. if its the c4 you cant go wrong with b&m. check out summit racing for complete rebuild kits.
