On my 93 Eddie Bauer it has a set of two bolts in all four corners on the top of the topper. Are these for mounting a roof rack, installing hooks to hoist the topper off, or something completely different. They don't seem to attach to anything on the inside. Thanks for your help.

A previous owner most likely installed them for a rack as you mentioned. Doubt that they are there for a [SIZE=21.8179px]hoist.[/SIZE]
