I got a title from mainlytitles with a dot and a com cost is about 300 but you need a sales ticket from seller and pic of vinye number located on passengers side frame by starter. Will get you a title in maine which you can register in your state.. Just helping the people who buy EB-S outa farmers or others side yards that are junk and restoreable or buildable!
