Are these a joke? I cant see how this would improve performance at all. Seems like a cheap upgrade "if" they work. I read on some F-150 forums that they were total BS.

no they arent bs. a throttle body spacer increases the amount of air that can be provided for the intake. the more air flow you have the more power you can get. i mean it isnt a huge gain but it is a gain none the less.

They work alright, all they do is alow you more room in the TB for gas and air to mix together alowing you to get a better detination. For how much they cost its not to bad to pick one up.
