T18 Close Ratio

Anyone ever change out the tall gears and replace with the close ratio (4:02/2.41/1.41/1.0) set?  If so where were they found.  The input gear seems to be an elusive part.

I wish I could help you bud. I've got a t18 Borg in my 84 petroleum chugger. I know the synchronizers are real bad, I put the clutch in last year and she's still tickin.
