steering stabilizer installation

i have a 93 bronco eddie bauer with 3" body lift and a 6" suspension lift with 35x12.5 tires, the front end walks a little on the street and i just did all new tie rods and bushings. would a steering stabilizer help me, and can anyone tell me what's involved in putting a steering stabilizer on?

the steering stabelizer will help. i have a rancho one for my bronco it was like $100. all you have to do is drill one hole and bolt it on. very simple install.
