I just bought a 94 ford bronco. It needs a little work and I have a few things in mind that I would like to do also. I brougt it home and found out I need a new rear end. It has a 3.55 gear now with and 8.8. I want to change it to a 4.10 gear and I was curious if I would be able to keep the same housing that is holding the 3.55 right now. I found a 4.10 but it was $730. I am not sure if it is for a new housing or not. I also want to do a 6" lift with a set of 35 by 10.5 by 15. I was told the 35's would clear without rubbing but what I am not sure of is if I am going to have to drop the trans. I was told i would need to drop it 1/4" for every in 1" lifted. Does anyone know if this is true. Would any know were I could find a good ring and pinion set up, a set of tires, and a good 6" lift (perferably one with new leaf springs and extended arms for the front) for a good price. I am lost when it comes to finding a good price. All the advice would be appreciated.

Yes the 4:10 will work with that carrier and you should be able to get a set of gears for under $200 the cost is in getting them set up . As for finding a good deal www.ebay. com and youll have more good deals than money . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
