Hi all, sorry to be one of those guys that joins a forum to ask one question, but here goes:
I'm working on my '72 F-100 and running in to trouble finding decent springs for it. I don't want to go extreme with a lift, I just need to boost it up a little. The previous owner stacked blocks on top of the factory blocks and now the truck is sort of teetering up there. Since the F-100 uses 2.25" springs, it makes it a little tough to find add-a-leaf kits. Bronco Graveyard has EB add-a-leaf kits for a great price, and since the EB and F-100 have a lot of similarities, I'm wondering: are the rear spring packs the same? And if the shackle-shackle and shackle-axle dimensions aren't the same, then are the EB springs at least 2.25"?
Thanks in advance, this is a pretty cool forum.
