Seat Belt

I need to replace the part of the seat belt that comes up off the floor on either side of the console. It was held up by an extior plastic housing with the belt inside, which has become brittle with age & come apart.

The Ford parts dept guy told me it was $200.00 plus since the part only came with the whole belt & color keyed interior parts are higher.

Does anyone have any other places to check for the part &/or more reasonable prices? Thanks
