What kind of media is suggested for a complete sand blast on the Bronco tub ?

Depending on what your final outcome is I would stay away from the silica sand it will worp or pit the metal surface. Rather go with a plastic media, it cost a little more to do but there is not risk of damaging the metal.

You could always mess around with some of the other materials out there. Some shops use corn cob and walnut shells and even soda to blast the paint off! Hope this helps!

Using sand is to aggresive and you have more of a chance of warping panels. I used glass beads to do my bronco and it worked great. If you have someone do the blasting make sure they are a media blaster not just a sand blaster.
