replacing a Vent window

has anyone replaced a vent window? my passenger side window cracked and i need to replace it, wondering if calling a glass company is the way to go or should i try and locate one and do it myself

DIY w/da help of Sixlitre "...Just two philips on the top of the door, pull the inner trim panel and remove the 7/16" bolt and she's comes out on you hand. Watch the up and down window's seal if it's older as you could tear it pulling it out of you corner window's track..."

thanks guys, also wanted to ask, can the window itself be replaced or would I need to replace the frame and all

the frame is in good shape, just cracked glass

That link I enclosed shows the window can be ordered separate. Not sure how its held in but I don't see why not.
